Publication ethics and malpractice statement

The editorial Board of the journal "Power supply" follows the ethical standards adopted by the international scientific community and does everything to prevent any violations of these standards. In its activities, the editorial Board relies, in particular, on the recommendations of the Committee on ethics of scientific publications (Committee of Publication Ethics).

Duties of editors

All submitted articles are reviewed by experts in the field.

When considering the article, its compliance with the subject area, validity, significance, originality, readability and language are taken into account.

According to the results of the review, the article can be accepted without revision, accepted with revision or rejected.

Rejected articles are not reviewed again.

Articles can be rejected without review if they are obviously not suitable for publication.

The editorial Board makes a decision on the publication, guided by the policy of the journal, taking into account the current legislation in the field of copyright.

Information is not allowed for publication if there are sufficient grounds to believe that it is plagiarism.

If there are any conflicts of interest (financial, academic, personal), all participants in the review process should inform the editorial Board. All controversial issues are considered at the meeting of the editorial Board. Accepted for publication articles are placed in open access on the website of the Scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU copyright is reserved by the authors.

Ethical principles in the reviewer's work

The reviewers evaluate the articles according to their content, regardless of nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity or political beliefs of the authors.

Editorial staff should not distribute any information about the submitted articles to persons who are not reviewers, authors, editorial staff and publishing house.

Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is unacceptable. Reviewers are required to justify their point of view clearly and objectively.

Reviewing helps the publisher to make a decision and through the cooperation of the reviewers and the author to improve the article.

Materials received for review are confidential documents and are reviewed anonymously.

The reviewer must pay attention on the substantial similarity or overlap between the submitted paper and any other published paper of which reviewer has direct experience.

Principles that should guide the author of scientific publications

Authors should provide an accurate report on the work performed and an objective discussion of its importance.

The authors of the article should provide reliable results of the research. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements are unacceptable.

The article should contain sufficient information for verification and repetition of experiments by other researchers. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

Authors should submit only original work. When using text or graphic information obtained from the works of others, references to relevant publications or written permission of the author are required.

Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.

All sources of financial support must be disclosed.
